Product Model: GLT2260-A (Note: GLT2260: GrayTech Integrated Distribution Cabinet; A: Specification Size) Product Description: The Integrated Distribution Cabinet integrates audio, digital, and optical fiber capabilities, serving as a comprehensive device for connecting external cable lines to program-controlled switches, digital multiplexing equipment to other digital multiplexing equipment, and external optical cables to optical communication equipment. It is suitable for use in remote offices, modular offices, commercial buildings, and other communication systems.
Product Structure: Rack Exterior - Dimensions can be customized according to project requirements.
- The cabinet frame is made of sheet metal and should use high-quality cold-rolled steel plate of Q235 or higher, with a thickness of ≥1.5mm for supporting components such as columns.
- Other component materials should have a thickness of ≥1.2mm.
Cabinet Grounding: The cabinet is equipped with a robust grounding system, and a grounding copper strip with a cross-sectional area of no less than 35mm² should be installed on the cabinet.
Cabinet Surface: The cabinet as a whole undergoes electrostatic powder coating treatment, while the columns are treated with either galvanization or electrostatic powder coating.
Product Features: It utilizes a 19-inch standard mounting cabinet that can accommodate various 19-inch standard devices. The equipment features modular design for flexible configuration and swift installation. It comes equipped with fiber fusion and distribution units suitable for both standard and ribbon fiber use, offering flexible and convenient fusion and distribution capabilities. A digital distribution unit is included for establishing, distributing, and managing digital circuits. An audio distribution unit is provided for managing the circuit connection, distribution, and scheduling of external cable lines with switching equipment, facilitating both vertical and horizontal cable routing.
